With its gardens, ancient woodland, and buildings, The Kosmon Sanctuary offers a rich variety of facilities that nurture and enrich visitors on their spiritual journey.
Our building, known as Spinney Cottage, is blessed with a very special energy and is used for meditation, reflection, talks, and group work, e.g. Yoga and Gong Baths.
Spinney Cottage comprises the Reception Room, the Hall, a small Reading Room, and the Sanctum with Annexe.
The comfortable and welcoming Reception Room, suitable for small groups, has tea/coffee-making facilities, while The Hall can seat 40 people comfortably for lectures, discussion groups, and workshops. There is also a small Reading Room and a very special room called The Sanctum, reserved for meditation and silence.
Just outside The Sanctum is a small Annexe with a Meditation Wheel. Turned with attention, the Meditation Wheel provides the opportunity to reflect on what one aspires to bring to the work in The Sanctum, before entering. The Sanctum is a room of high energy, with curtains designating the four directions and the Zodiac in the ceiling symbolising the Angelic Realm.
